基于WebGIS公众交通气象服务系统的设计与开发

摘要: 根据交通气象服务的特点,结合富客户端技术的应用优势,采用B/S和C/S相结合的技术架构,设计利用WebGIS开发公众交通气象服务系统。该系统实现了气象对交通道路影响级别提示、公路气象信息查询、航空气象信息查询、雷达图叠加显示以及辅助测距等功能,为公众交通出行提供了及时、有效的气象服务。

Abstract: According to the traffic characteristics of the weather services, combining with the advantage of rich client technology, using B/S and C/S combination of technical architecture, this paper designs public transport weather service system using WebGIS development. The system realizes roads affect by weather level prompted, query road weather information, query aviation weather information, overlay radar chart, and auxiliary ranging to provide timely and effective weather services for the public transport.
